1 Embedded Software Principal Engineer
We are looking for 1 Principal Embedded Software Engineer to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team in charge of the certification of different Safety-Critical Embedded Software Applications. As part of an Agile team, the candidate will be the technical expert for all the projects related to embedded software development and verification (reviews and testing).
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to both the client and VP Operation, his/her tasks (but not limited to) will be to:
- Contributing to the preparation of the technical development plan and standard;
- Contributing to the preparation of the technical development plan and standard;
- Supporting the high-level software architecture (in compliance with the DO-178C development standard);
- Verifying the quality of the various software items produced by the other members of the team;
- Training/coaching team members in OS concepts (eg through peer review) and ensuring their skills grow as the project progresses;
- Finding strategies to reduce time and cost of the SDLC;
- Provide a clear technical status and workload to his/her direct supervisors and customers.
- Participate to continuous improvement of the team performance (quality, efficiency, on-time delivery).
- From time to time, provide workload evaluation, support bid process and presentation to customers in collaboration with the sales manager.
Necessary Qualification:
- Minimum 10 year experience in testing tools such as GreenHills Integrity, LDRA or VectorCAST or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 year experience in embedded software development & testing of C/C++ and assembly code.
- Minimum 5 year experience in DO-178C, ISO-26262 or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year experience in Embedded RTOS (COTS DDC-I, GHS, Windriver or in-house OS).
- Minimum 2 year experience in Embedded Real-Time Linux Kernel.
- Passion for software testing techniques and testing of complex software problems.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, team-player.
- Curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity and ability to find solutions and compromises.
- Looking for a hands-on engineer not a manager.
- Want someone who want to contribute actively in the growth of the company, not following the growth.
- US Citizenship mandatory.

- B.S. degree in Electrical or Computing Science or equivalent.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN.
- Experience in Object Oriented

5 Junior and Senior Software Test Engineers
We are looking for 5 Embedded Software Test Engineers (from Junior to Senior) to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team in charge of the certification of a Military Application. As part of an Agile team, the candidate will be involved on all software life cycle data, including software requirement definition, architectural design, code but also integration testing.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to both the client and our chief engineer, his/her tasks (but not limited to) will be to:
· Perform Design and Code Reviews.
· Carry out the software testing (unit or integration) on complex software functions.
· Develop and run the relevant tests on the test platforms to verify correctness of design.
· Debug issues (raised during the software development cycle) in the application software.
· Ensure traceability between all the software design and tests artefacts.
· Conduct independent peer reviews on tests produced by other team members.
· Draft all the final technical documents.
· Provide a clear status and workload to his/her direct supervisors.
· Participate to continuous improvement of the team performance (quality, efficiency, on-time delivery).
Necessary Qualification:
· Minimum 1 year experience in testing tools such as LDRA or VectorCAST or equivalent.
· 1 year experience in software testing of C/C++ and assembly code.
· 1 year experience in DO-178C or equivalent
· 5 year experience in Embedded RTOS (senior role) or RT Linux Kernel
· Interest in troubleshoot complex software problems.
· Good communication, interpersonal skills, team-player.
· Curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity and ability to find solutions and compromises.
